Before You Buy: What to Know

As your local shed builder offering shed demolition services, we answer your most common questions about custom-built sheds, tear-downs, site prep, and everything in between—serving Louisville, KY and nearby areas.
Yes! All of our sheds are built on-site. This means we construct everything directly on your property, so there’s no need for wide gates or large deliveries. We bring the materials and build it where you want it.
We currently don’t offer regular delivery, but you're welcome to inquire if it's something you’re interested in. However, if your location has limited access—like narrow gates, tight spaces, or rough terrain that could risk damage—we highly recommend building your shed on-site. We're happy to assess your property and help you choose the best option.
We typically build on level ground with concrete blocks or tuff blocks. If you're unsure, we can help assess your site and offer recommendations.
Most sheds are completed within 1 to 3 days, depending on size and custom features. We'll give you a clear timeline when we confirm your order.
We monitor the weather closely. If we need to reschedule, we’ll get you a new build date as soon as possible — usually within a day or two.

Definitely! Many customers use their sheds as hobby spaces, workshops, or small home offices. We can add features to support those uses.
Yes, we do. From coops to pump houses, we can build small custom structures for different purposes.
The base price covers the full shed structure with standard features. Optional upgrades—such as windows, taller sidewalls, ramps, flower boxes, solar lamps, extra doors, custom doors, or custom paint etc—are available for an additional cost.
Prices may change due to material costs, so all pricing is subject to change without notice.
We typically don’t require a down payment, but it can depend on the size of the shed or if the location is more challenging to access. If a deposit is needed, we’ll discuss it with you beforehand. The full payment is due on the final day of the build, and we accept cash or check.
We accept cash & check. We’ll confirm your payment options during the ordering process.
